Compulink Academy’s vision is to develop young talent to make them industry ready. At Compulink Systems Ltd, we started fresh engineers induction program in 1998 and we recruited couple of batches every year till 2010.
In these 12 years, we experimented a lot to develop proven method of selecting right talent and groom them so well that within 6 months, they can take much higher responsibilities in developing our flagship product “Whizible”.
This activity was very close to my heart and used to spent lot of time with young developers to build skills and techniques required to work on complex projects.
We are now offering full service, right from selecting right talent from vast pool of fresh graduates using our unique methodology, grooming them for the real life projects, industry best practices, soft skills and placing them in with our partner companies.
