  • Define common criminal offenses, legal jurisdictions, and the powers of a certified protection officer
  • Understand central alarm station dispatch operations, alarm system fundamentals, and detection technology
  • Know investigation techniques including foundations for surveillance and defensive tactics


This program can be taken on a PC or a Mac. You will need Internet Explorer 6 or greater or any version of Firefox. You will also need Windows 7, Vista, or XP. In addition, you will need Adobe Reader and Macromedia Flash Player version 8 or greater. You will need to enable JavaScript in your browser options. You may experience compatibility issues running this program on Windows 8.
